At The Tactician, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next mission. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
